The Shakespeare Fellowship Essay Competition is available to high school students. You may submit only one essay of 750-3000 words on the topics listed on the sponsor's site. Essays will be judged on the basis of originality of thought, insight into the Shakespearean experience, effective and logical development of thesis, contrary evidence.
Contest winners and will receive: A scholarship to Camp Shakespeare; Reserved seating at Shakespeare On The Green for the winner and his or her teacher. The winning entry will be published in the souvenir program for Shakespeare on the Green and read by a Company member On The Green.
